HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
You can order directly from the website at www.bagella.it
Shipping by courier.
For national orders (Italy), the shipping cost is 10.00 Euro (FREE DURING THE PROMOTIONAL PERIOD HIGHLIGHTED BY THE BANNER) or free with a minimum purchase of 49 euro).
For transnational orders (EU), the shipping cost is 40.00 Euro.
For payments by credit card, you will be redirected to PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account: by clicking on “I DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?”, you will be re-directed to the credit card section. The transaction is processed by PayPal secure servers implementing https and SSL protocols, outside the Bagella.it website to ensure maximum security.
PayPal is an online payment system that requires an active account at PayPal.
When this type of payment is chosen, the PayPal website will be displayed to enter the personal e-mail address and password of your PayPal account, or access the procedure to create a new one. By completing the registration process, you may pay via PayPal without having to reinsert the data in case of future purchases. If you choose this payment method, the amount will be charged directly to your PayPal account. PayPal protects the buyer’s information.
For each transaction made with this method, a confirmation email will be sent by PayPal. The amount of the order is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order confirmation. In case of cancellation, the amount is refunded to the customer’s PayPal account. We accept payments only from users registered on the Italian PayPal website.

Usually, the transfer is credited to the account of the beneficiary (Bagella Abbigliamento Sardo) not earlier than 3/5 working days from its confirmation, so these days will have to be considered before the order is shipped.
If the bank transfer is not received within 10 days from the date of order confirmation, Bagella Abbigliamento Sardo will cancel the order.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
In case of return or replacement, shipping costs WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER returning the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (articles 50 to 68) which regulates remote contracts, i.e. made outside of business premises. This legislation enshrines the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the product purchased and obtain reimbursement of expenses incurred. This right is granted only to individuals (consumers), so it cannot be exercised by either legal persons or natural persons in their capacity as professionals. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a formal request must be sent within 10 working days from product receipt. The costs of returning the product are charged to the customer. The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is incomplete, or:
- In the absence of the original packaging.
- In the absence of product components.
- If the product is damaged due to causes other than transportation.
In case of partial withdrawal for the purchase of multiple products, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
If you have made a purchase from our site and you wish to withdraw from the purchase, please follow this simple procedure:

3. The customer is required to ship the product carefully packaged in its original packaging and eany original part contained therein.
Bagella Abbigliamento Sardo will reimburse the cost of the products shipped and the first shipping cost by bank transfer within 30 working days after the return of the goods. If the withdrawal is partial, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
LEGAL INFORMATION: ONLINE CONTRACTS
“Online” means that the purchase contract relating to the goods and products was performed remotely by a consumer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) from the supplier Bagella Abbigliamento Sardo (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier”), the latter being based in Corso Vittorio Emanuele 20, 07100 Sassari (Italy), via the website made available by the Supplier at www.bagella.it.
By confirming the electronic order, the customer declares he or she has read and accepted the conditions of sale and payment specified during the purchase process and such contract, that he or she undertakes to read, print and keep the conditions of sale below as required by Articles 3 and 4 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 185/1999. Entering false personal and/or made up information in the data collection forms necessary for the completion of the order is strictly forbidden. Entering information of third parties or making multiple entries for a single consumer is also expressly forbidden. Bagella Abbigliamento Sardo reserves the right to take legal action against such actions and any other deceitful action against it and/or to the detriment of other consumers.
Sales prices and purchase conditions
All sales prices of products displayed in e-commerce section are VAT-included. Such prices may vary at any time without Bagella Abbigliamento Sardo being required to give any notice; in any case, once the order of the product is confirmed, no price change will be applied. Shipping costs are calculated at order confirmation and they will be displayed in the Cart, just like any other costs connected. Following the order confirmation, a confirmation e-mail will be sent reporting the customer’s information, the shipping address, additional notes, purchase prices and other fees. The customer is required to verify the correctness and communicate any changes in a timely manner.
